Aircraft has Special Decal Celebrating Mr. Joe Sutter, Lead Engineer of the Original 747.

Boeing has delivered to Cargolux it 30th "direct delivery" Boeing 747 Freighter. The jet is a Boeing 747-8 Freighter, which is the 12th delivery of the type to Cargolux. Cargolux decided to celebrate the delivery by placing a decal on the jet commemorating Mr. Joe Sutter and his work on the 747 program. The decal features Mr. Sutter with the phase "Father of the Boeing 747" on it. Cargolux currently has two unfulfilled orders left for the Boeing 747-8 jet.
