Airline plans on ordering 25 A321neo Jets

Airbus has gained a future order of twenty five A321neo jets from Asiana Airlines. The airline signed a letter of intent (LOI) with Airbus and has not selected the engine manufacturer yet. The order is not official until all details are finalized. Asiana plans to operate the aircraft on regional and domestic routes. The airline is currently operating the A320 at its Air Busan subsidiary, however it was unclear if these aircraft will operating at Air Busan or Asiana.
