The Airbus A330 has gained over 1,500 orders, as announced by Airbus. The total orders for the A330 series jets is now 1,501. The orders that helped the Airbus A330 climb over 1,500 orders are from Turkish Airlines and Air Lease Corporation (ALC). Turkish Airlines Ordered 4 A330-200 freighter jets and ALC ordered 25 A330-900neo jets earlier this year. Airbus is now just announcing the milestone. The Airbus A330 series jets include the A330-200, A330-300 and the new A330-800neo and A330-900neo jets that were launched in July 2014.
